We grow peppers we like to cook with. Some are sold fresh. Some are carefully smoked. Some are dehydrated and kept close at hand in the kitchen.

We like showing the plants and the harvest because the work is part of the story. It starts in the growing and continues through the peppers that are picked, smoked, and shared.

Who we are

Bill Gould and Jeney Kingsbury.

Campfire Pepper Co. grew naturally out of Bill and Jeney’s shared love of food, gardening, and cooking.

What you see here is personal — the varieties, the harvests, the smoking process, and the peppers that end up in the recipes they cook at home.
